Transfer Rank?

Hey can i Transfer my rank from Neptune to Earth? i have sky on Neptune, but Neptune is dead now. Sky Rank costs $30 rn but without the sale its $150, Diamond Rank is the exact same prices. and i guess if its to much truble i would trade for lapiz wich is $125/$25 rn. Please consider it cause i cant join neptune anymore cause it prob got shut down and now my sky rank is useless
